Simple Life =)

After every workday I'm so tired. Tired of reports, tired of meetings, tired of meeting deadlines, tired of meeting people, tired of completing projects, tired of driving to work, tired of being professional ...

Maybe I should live a simple life after all ...

Simple life selling meat at the wet market ?

Simple life selling vegetables at the wet market ?

Simple life selling seafood at the wet market ?

Simple life selling mobile phone ?

Simple life selling "Superman Return' original merchandise ?

And having a simple meal after a simple day ... =)

Hmm ...

Worship Practice

Decided to come to worship practice after work, since I was around the church area after collecting Salena's laptop at SJMC.

We are going to the warehouse for a monthly meeting this coming Thursday, and her laptop is locked out. Since she's gonna be on emergency leave tomorrow as well, I offered to get the laptop fixed before the meeting, she's not gonna go for the meeting without her laptop.

It's a good thing to back in the worship team ! I remember many years ago, when I was serving too in the worship team. I gotta walk 20 mins every Tuesday from my apartment in Sunway to church for practice, and wake up at 6.30 am every Sunday for the 'before church service' practice. It's so fun to belong to a fun group of people. Being here at church tonite, brings back some memories. I miss singing so much (I was the vocalist of the church music band back then) . I also missed the 'music' language the musicians use to communicate during the practice. Don't understand what I'm saying, well if you are a musician you will understand.

Anyway, this is what they say when they wanna communicate during practice :

To the drummer : No no no, you come in only after the introduction by the keyboards ... er .. too fast ... no no .. too slow ... no no like this, tuk a tuk a tak tak, then dum dum ... and ciang ! ah like that ..

To the keyboardist : Use string here, have to be a little fast there ... ah, sustains .. fill in ... G sharp minor ..

To the bass : Yes here, bom bom bom bom ...

And more to the vocalist, the guitarist, the lead guitar ... etc

One thing really amazed me after so many year ... the worship team, with so many people come and go, musician changing year in year out, with only 1 practice session on Tuesday night, and 1 before the service, this is what the team needed to play beautifully in the actual service. In music, if everyone in the band doesn't play in one tone, the music is going to be very messy. By God's grace, I know everyone practiced very hard even before and after the official practice session, but more importantly when the group come together to practice together, the mix and the team work is most important. Everyone can be so skillful, but when it comes to a group thing, individual skills ain't gonna be important.

It's the same working in a company. Every department have to work like the musicians in the music team. Everyone is important to the 'body' and to make the music perfect, everyone have to play their part. No one is greater than the other, and only when the whole company work together, the company will progress and grow. So suddenly I realized that the reason for performing my job with less passion lately, maybe due to stress, tiredness .. or maybe I see myself not so important anymore in the company. This is why sometimes working in operation sucks a little. They will be front liners meeting customers promising all sorts of nonsense and later people like us, not only busy dealing with existing operation issues, have to work on new projects to ensure company growth. Saying this, sometimes I still don't understand what Logistics team have to do with saving $$ for the office expenses (For many who doesn't know, I was just made committee of the 'Prudent Team' of the company) .. well ... that's something that I will not understand for many many months ..

Sometimes I wish the management can understand, the ass hole is also as important as the eye or the mouth of a person, but doing the dirty job. Like what the circulation of this particular email says, if the ass hole decided to stop everything from coming out, the body may die .. ke ke .. come to think of it, I feel like a ass hole now ... =(

Wishing you a great weekend ya, and cheers !!

We can give without love, but we can certainly not love without giving

Learned something in cell last Thursday and I was so impressed with these words that I wanna just put it in my blog.

" We can give without love, but we can certainly not love without giving "

It's so true isn't it, how can we really love a person when don't give our best to them, whether it's our time, our care, our attentions, our money, our happiness, and sometimes our sorrow too. So, if you have not been giving your best to your loved ones, it's about time =)

New Born ..

Just came back from Batu Pahat, took a rest in my room with some music .. 15 mins later I am already preparing myself for a movie at the church.

It's a special screening of a Cantonese movie named "New Born". Movie with lotsa Christian HongKong movie artist, and this is the 2nd movie I watched about real life stories of Christian staying in HongKong. The first HongKong Christian movie I watched was the "Miracle Box", it's also a real life story during the SARS period.

In brief, the movie is a real life story about a couple, how they would love to have a baby after they marriage. After trying for so long, they were finally blessed with a baby. The unfortunate thing is, the couple were hit by a car one day in a car accident, a direct hit at the passenger side of the car, which mean a direct hit at the wife as the husband was the driver. Because of the accident, the wife's liver was badly damaged and she needs to go for a surgery. At that instant, the husband must make a very hard decision by choosing to save his wife or the premature baby. Knowingly that he needs his wife more than the baby, he decided to save his wife. After that, his wife could not longer have the chance to become a mother. Since the incident, they hardly talk to each other. In the wife's heart, she still cannot forgive her husband's decision to kill her baby. Anyhow, both of them continued they life, doing good deeds, the husband became a doctor that saves premature babies, and the wife help to change lifes of people when she works in some youth centre (something like that). Of course the story ended well, a very touching story all together.

During the movie, there were a few things running through my mind. Being a person who thinks alot, the normal questions of what if, or if that person was me .. bla bla bla .. until a point I realized that I am so blessed to live up to 28 years in the face of the earth. Seeing how dangerous a pregnant lady can be, she can lose her life anytime due to complications, it tells me it's already a blessing to be alive today, eating nasi lemak in the morning, and having a good job. In the movie I see how doctors tried so hard to save a baby whose only 26 weeks old. Trust me, when I say that it's so hard to tell when a baby is in pain, and it's even harder to save a premature baby's life compared to a normal baby as the organs are not fully developed yet. Yet there are doctors that dedicated their lifes just to save these babies. I didn't even know there are doctors that only concentrated in saving premature babies, but it only show you how each life in the world is so important.

The second blessing I see in myself, is that I have a perfectly working body, which I can perform my daily task, enjoy eating my favorite food, and helping others that need my help. Often we complained about how we look, too short, too fat, too poor ... but we fail to see we are so lucky to have a perfectly normal body. Just close your eyes for a minute and imagine spending your life in total darkness, not able to see anything, do you think you can still be happy, and proudly say that you enjoyed your life like what you are experiencing now. The fact that you are reading my blog now is already a blessing =)

Basically I've also learned a few more life's principle in the movie, and I feel that some of you can be blessed with the movie as well. So, with this in mind, I've purchased the VCD of the movie, not sure if you can get it elsewhere, but why buy when you can borrow it from me, free of charge, and just by asking. Only 1 thing, the VCD is only available after I've watched it with my YinSze =)

Like what they say, good things must share, and this is really good stuff, so don't miss this opportunity, as the movie may change the way you think =)

My spirit needs some rest ..

Well, life has been messy lately. I've already have so much weights on my shoulders, with so many outstanding issues to be solved after I returned from Bangkok. To my surprise, me and another 3 colleagues were selected to head a cost saving team, we called ourselves : 'Lean Machines' .. ha ha .. we will surely be very lean very soon if this kinda of stress keep pouring in .. =)

Well, being busy is part of life I guess, who's not busy, even if we are not busy, sometimes when we meet our friends, we will say : 'ya loh, been busy lately la .. with work and stuff .. ' But seriously, for a person like me, a perfectionist, and someone who must live my life according to my calendar and my plans, I find it a little hard to even remember my appointments for the next day lately. Normally I will go through all my appointments, meetings, or activities of the coming week on Sunday night, just to get a feel how my week is going to be like. I don't do this anymore for the past few weeks. As a matter of fact, all my meetings and appointments are all messed up too. New meetings dropping in like thunder storms, new appointments set without even checking with my calendar, and of coz new task given as an early Christmas present .. =)

With this, I'm slowly losing myself a little ... and begin to find my 'old' self again. Hmm .. you will be thinking now, what do you mean ?? In short, it means my patient is running very low, anyone that pisses me off anytime now will sure get a 'present' from me ! To many, it may be a surprise if I say I am actually someone that can really stir up a fight, with anyone, anytime. From a kid, I've learned lessons how to control my anger, how to respect people, how to earn people's respect ... but lately it seems like I don't have anymore of this 'patient' to even joke with my colleagues near my cubicle.

It's funny but it's quite true, if you ever notice that there are 3 main elements in us, which is body, mind and spirit. To me when your body and mind is weak, you better pray hard that you spirit remains strong. I'm not surprise if many doesn't know that there's a spirit that lives within our hearts, and this spirit that our God dearly gave us, is the one that let us think with our hearts, this spirit is the one that teaches us how to care, this spirit is the one that will keep us motivated in sad or down times, and this spirit is the one that can even change a dying body to a living person. So I think with all these heavy burden, stressful deadlines, and ad-hoc demands on the rise within this few weeks, my spirit is rather confused, and not knowing how to pull everything into one piece. Perhaps I've been missing my 'quiet time', so I better start cooling down & give my spirit some food or rest before he breaks down all together.

To me, there a many types of spiritual food you can feed your spirit. For me, reading is one spiritual food (example : bible, books related to religion, or even normal reading material), listening to music is second. Music is pretty much a daily thing for me now, but I kinda miss the reading part. There are like a few books on my desk, waiting for me to read them .. not sure when I will have the time to read, maybe next year la .. ha ha ..

So, have you been feeding your spirit lately ? Very holy is today's posting, but what the hack !

What's next ?

I remember how life was just so good that I don't even need to think about the future. I bet you when you asked me like 12 years back when I was younger what would I wanna be when I grow up, my answer will be " er .. don't know la .. " The fact is I really don't know then, what I was thinking is what's on TV tonight, and how many points did I scored today during basketball training.

The funny thing is, with almost 5 years in engineering studies in total, I'm doing logistics, and I'm loving it. I guess there are people who chases after their dreams, and there are people whose pressured into their parent's dream, and they are people like me, that end up doing what I love via trial and error, and has got nothing to do with my dreams, or what I studied in college and uni. Come to think of it, I may also love teaching music, hmm .. maybe I will still be a music teacher when I'm older, why not =)

Life is like that, ain't it so. We will never know what the next turn would bring us. Life is not a straight road, and with all the options that we have all along the road, whether we choose to turn right, or turn left, will change our life dramatically. I've experienced many 'turning points' and these are all blessings to me. God works in mysterious ways sometimes, and most of the time it really showed me how wonderful His plan would be. Every hill, every mountain that I overcame actually made me stronger.

I'm at 28 now, wonder how would the next 28 years of my life is gonna be like. May have some plans already for the future, but will these plans work ? or I will find 'something' else in life via trial and error again, that I will love too !!

Well, perhaps I should just 'hang on' and see what's next on the program ...

Another blessing in my life =)

We celebrated our 1st month aniversary on 1 June 06 .. =)

I gave YinSze a surprise by sending her flowers, and a msg : 'It's a blessing to have you as my gf'

Life is getting interesting, although a little different now. Actually miss doing the normal stuff that I love to do, like futsal, football, basketball ... etc. But to spend most of my time with someone I care is all so different, knowing somebody better is a good feeling, knowing how to care for someone is also a gift.

Guess this is why we are build for, to care and love =)

Count your blessings =)

Just walked pass a public phone, and I said to blogger Ubean, gosh ... when was the last time you use one of these !

The fact that almost everyone can be contacted anywhere, anytime now via mobile phone is just so wonderful. I still remember those days where we keep a little pouch for coins to make calls, either home or to our friends to ask for help, or to keep in touch. Oh yah, I also remember the uniphone card, with prepaid RM 10 that will last us many many months (For some maybe only a few hours).

So, if you are someone with a mobile phone, make sure you appreciate what you have right now =)

Delicious Yong Tau Foo !!

Sometimes listening to certain song brings you back to the 'time' of the song. You can actually remember what you were doing at that particular time, or some other memories that you had experienced during the playing of the song in the radio. This afternoon, was out with Brian, Yeu Bin, MayHsia, GK and YinSze for lunch. The special thing about lunch today was, we (YeuBin, YinSze and I) went back to a favorite makan place near our previous working place - Delicious Yong Tau Foo at Taman Sri Muda, Shah Alam. The same, we will go to this place in Taman Sri Muda for lunch on Fridays, when we were working in IKEA warehouse like more than 2 years ago.

This make me appreciate what I have right now. Looking back I think I've achieved some results in my current job, of course with lotsa teaching from my boss, and support from my colleagues.

Life is like this sometimes. We tend to forget where we came from sometimes, and looking ahead doesn't mean we can forget about our pass. Not sure this is normal, everynight before I sleep, I would just have a little 'quiet time' to remember what I did for that day, and see whether I can have my day differently if I make a few decisions differently. These 'quiet time' often teaches me on some life lessons, or rather in the case of some mistake made, not to do the same again.

Yea, we need to constantly remember our pass because it's where we came from. We always learn from our mistake, we move on with life stage by stage, and every stage is a building block that will move us higher. Come to think of it, I've been blessed, with so many friends, or teachers that supported me through out all my life.

So friends, if you have been busy lately, and you are not sure why, maybe it's a good time to have some 'quiet moments' to look back at some memories. It may surprise you with some good thoughts =)

The Duck & the Devil

There was a little boy visiting his grandparents ontheir farm. He was given a slingshot to play with outin the woods. He practiced in the woods, but he could never hit the target. Getting a little discouraged, he headed back for dinner. As he was walking back he saw Grandma's pet duck.

Just out of impulse, he let the slingshot fly, hit the duck square in the head, and killed it. He was shocked and grieved.

In a panic, he hide the dead duck in the wood pile, only to see his sister watching! Sally had seen it all, but she said nothing.

After lunch the next day Grandma said, "Sally, let's wash the dishes." But Sally said, "Grandma, Johnny told me he wanted to help in the kitchen." Then she whispered to him, "Remember the duck?" So Johnny did the dishes.

Later that day, Grandpa asked if the children wanted to go fishing and Grandma said, "I'm sorry but I need Sally to help make supper." Sally just smiled and said," Well that's all right because Johnny told me he wanted to help." She whispered again, "Remember the duck?" So Sally went fishing and Johnny stayed to help.

After several days of Johnny doing both his chores and Sally's, he finally couldn't stand it any longer. He came to Grandma and confessed that he had killed the duck. Grandma knelt down, gave him a hug, and said,"Sweetheart, I know. You see, I was standing at the window and I saw the whole thing, but because I love you, I forgave you. I was just wondering how long You would let Sally make a slave of you."

Thought for the day and every day thereafter?

Whatever is in your past, whatever you have done... And the devil keeps throwing it up in your face (lying, cheating, debt, fear, bad habits, hatred, anger, bitterness, etc.) .... whatever it is....You need to know that God was standing at the window and He saw the whole thing..... He has seen your whole life. He wants you to know that He loves you and that you are forgiven.

He's just wondering how long you will let the devil make a slave of you.

The great thing about God is that when you ask forforgiveness, He not only forgives you, but He forgets. It is by God's grace and mercy that we are saved.

Always remember: God is at the window.

Ubean the Mr. Shinning Eyes !

I was with blogger Ubean, shopping for mini head lamps, because we are going to Bukit Tabur this Sunday for a morning climb, going up hill at 6 am, to catch the sunrise. We were looking for those mini head lamps that you can find in Giant Hypermarket or Tesco, that you wear it at your forehead. Unfortunately not a single shop at the curve or Ikano power centre sells these babies, but we come across something that's even better ! Check it out !!

If Ubean still can't find the mini head lamps, then we will see the incredible Mr. Shinning eyes in action this Sunday, he will lead the way ! Ubean ain't it so .. =)

Anyone interested to get this latest design of head lights, let me know, I can advise you where to buy it, how much it is, and how to operate it =)

Amazing Mum .. =)

Time now is 12.34 am, 29 May 06, and it's my Mum's birthday =)

I just wished her happy birthday, planning to go for steamboat buffet dinner right after work, to celebrate her birthday =)

In my mind, I'm only thanking God for a great mum like mine. Being a guy, and eldest in the family, I got most of the good stuff from my mum. And somehow deep down in my heart I know she loves me alot, sometimes more than my other brothers. Oh yah lately she's little jealous also because she knows she had to share her 'ah boy' with my gf. Remembering things that she did for me and my family only make me wonder where she got all her strength from. No offence but I do feel that, our mums may be the stronger person in the family, while dads is out hunting for money to support the family's finances, mums is the backbone of the family, supporting the family in a different way, with her love, with her care, with her time, and to me, this is even harder to do compared working late in the office.

Well, my mum was blessed with 4 beautiful boys, and we know how much she would want to pray for a daughter, but somehow God has His own plan. Let me tell you, taking care of 4 kids ain't an easy thing to do, and taking care of 4 boys, ha ha .. I cannot imagine. I know I also gave her alot of problems when I'm younger =) I remember when I was younger, she sends me to music class everyweek. I started learning music since I'm 3 years old (See, at age 3 my mum already have such big expectation from me), well learning music from young is something of a blessing to me, I appreciate music so much right now. Anyway, I was learning at Yamaha music school, started with JMC (Junior Music Class) slowly all the way till grade 5 in electrone. And this beautiful thing about Yamaha Music School is, we get to go for stage presentations, or playing for concerts organized by the school, and the best thing, is exams for every grade. Oh yah, I remember very well, as a kid, playing music is something fun, but when it comes to exams, gosh, I will have my mum sitting next to me like 2 weeks before the exam (just like the McD advertisement), and I would cry everytime I am 'forced' to practice for my exams, oh yah did I mentioned about the 'rotan', her best tool to make me sit infront of my electrone organ =( . There's even a time, that I'm so naughty or rather stressed that I just told my mum that I'm not going for exams, and asked her not to force me to go for the exams, I even threaten to do stupid things is she continues to push me ( laugh all you want, but that's what happened ). So, she would just sit down with me everytime I had "sessions" like this, and talk to me, to make sure I'm ok after every session, and sometimes so worried until she would just check me out by coming into my room once in a while. I know she must be so worried, but I'm truly sorry I said things like that to worry my mum, well I was a kid then. Thinking bout it now, let me know that I've matured so much.

There are many more stories I can tell about my mum and me, and if I start telling about all the sacrifices that she did for me and the family, I may need to write non stop for a few days. Anyway, I've learned music for 16 years, and almost became a music teacher. And I can proudly say that, being able to pass all the grades from year 3 till 18, it only shows how much effort my mum has already put into my life. Ask any working mum now, and I am sure they will tell you they don't even have enough time to know their kids, and my mum, while working to earn money to support the family, get to nurture 4 kids, and make all 4 kids so strong in life's good principles. Isn't my mum amazing ?

I believe everyone will have their own amazing mums, mine is just out of the world. Believe me when I say I will always have my mum in my heart, and I know deeply that some of the life principles that I have right now, it came from her.

Mum, Wishing you a blessed birthday this year, and many more in the coming years !!

Sense of security !!

Well, there are so many uncertainties in life, who on earth can say that he/she can promise something and fulfill their promises for the rest of their life. Of course there are people that can do it (I consider myself 1 at the moment, unless I change in the coming years), and there are people that misuse this gift of promise.

Getting into a new relationship is something new altogether, that's why this topic came into my mind. So, what's this sense of security ? Why people are not trusting people now, or rather I put it as, why is trust a thing not easy to give ?? Why people always feels that they may lose something easily, and nothing in the world last forever ?

Indeed things in the world don't last forever, not even our loved ones, they may not be with us forever, and one moment we may be enjoying our life greatest moments with them, and the next minute they are not with us anymore. My pastor shared with us in one of his sermons, babies, when they are at one stage of their baby life, they will try to throw things, or drop things from their baby chair. Once they can't see the things that they threw or dropped, they will start crying, because they assumed that the 'thing' is already missing in their life, because they cannot see it anymore. Later, when they are older, they will do the same, but this time they will try to look around before they start crying. When they found what they dropped at the bottom of the baby chair, they will signal to ask for the thing again. Maybe this is human nature, but I see the same when even we are all grown up, sometimes I think it's even worst compared to the babies. We are so afraid that we will lose something so important to us, something that we cherish so much, that we start living our lifes in "bondage", worrying about our loved ones, worrying about the stuff that we own, worrying about our money, worrying about our career. Come to think of it, sometimes we are living better if we stop worrying and start living our lifes, enjoying it more. Hmm .. maybe that's why insurance company is making hell lot of money from us. Anyway, not any person in the world can promise that life is gonna be just fine, without worries, or challenges. Oh yah friends, if you don't know who's Jesus is, yeah, God is the only person that can promise you that life's gonna be a blessing, but He would also not stop us from facing life challenges, because he knew clearly that, by this only we will grow stronger and wiser. So even God doesn't promise a life that's normal, without bumps and holes for us to fall down (later to which we will learn how to stand up again), who on earth can really promise us life is just normal ??

So, let's just come back to this sense of security thingy, I think the best thing to gain someone's thrust is not by words, but rather asking ourselves in our heart whether we fully love and trust our friends, our family, our life partner, and knowing none of them will misuse the gift of promise and trust. And as for those who's now in a relationship, there's a saying : If you really love someone, you will have to learn how to let him/her go, and if he/she returns to you without requiring your worrying, then that my friends, is call trust, and love =)

Marriage =)

Well I've just attended my uni mate's wedding dinner at Subang Jaya 2 weeks back, Tai Thong. Sat in a table with another 7 other people, whom I only knew 4 of them. Didn't have my gal sitting next to me that day as she's out of the country, but I always gave them an impression that I will never get married, nor will I have a gf, so I think it's quite a surprise to them when I told them that I had a gal =)

What I was thinking about in the wedding dinner is, everyone in my table is already married, and only me .. yeah me not married, not forgetting the person that's celebrating his wedding. And I'm only starting a serious relationship now .. =) So what's this getting married thing is all about ??!! Wondering right now as I'm writing some material for my blog today. I actually thought I would never get married due to the heavy family commitments that I'm having. Until my heart told me that I'm doing well in managing my family, and thus it's about time to go to another level in life. So I did, I got my first gf, yeah one of God's mighty blessings, and of coz I love her, been thinking about her since she went for a holiday.

So, coming back to this getting married thingy, finished with courtship, finished with all the happy moments watching movies, doing stuff together, cry together during sad times, laugh like crazy when we are happy ... and then the question of whether the relationship is so mature now that we have to get married. Thinking of this point, actually I wanna send an email to my church pastor to ask about marriage. What is the true meaning of marriage, why there are so many other cultures, so many practices to marriage, wedding dinners, wedding photo .. bla bla bla .. but the ultimate goal is declare officially that both parties will take care of each other no matter what happen, of coz to prepare ourselves for more responsibilities, like having our own family, raising up kids and so .. hmm .. at this point when I start thinking what other stuff that a marriage will bring along, good or bad, my family, her family, my friends, her friends, bla bla bla ... wow ... hmm .. when will someone be really sure that they are ready for marriage .. I gotta get more information on this topic, suddenly I am SO interested to know more about how 2 persons can stay together for the rest of their life, and just to compromise, to truly understand each other EVEN better ... to talk about stuff, to argue about stuff, to disagree about stuff, and to work out stuff together ... really REALLY interested to understand this MAGIC now.

So till I get more information about this marriage stuff, you guys just have to wait .. =)

Death of another person ..

After work yesterday about 20 of us went for a farewell dinner, a farewell for Careen, a long time friend of mine in the company.

Come to think of it, she's actually someone who's good at caring, just that sometimes she love to talk about other people, and to take a little advantage of other people. Anyhow, my wish for her is, that she'll do better in her new company. She did share with me some of her life experiences, and being the big sister in the family, she has got her committments too, to help her family out. Well, come to think of it, almost every family has got their own sets of problems, or challenges. And life is just like this, we have to learn day by day, to cope well with all these challenges. Nothing in life promises good ending, but at least we know we have God and a group of good friends, or mentors to teach us, guide us, support us along the bumpy road of life.

This morning I received a few phone calls again, this is normal as I'm part operational in my job. Warehouse called, MF called also, and received a SMS from my boss too. In her SMS, she said " Ready for more Bad news? if so, please call me .. " So, immediately I called. And I was told that our CEO of the company, passed away during a boat accident. Well, again what I can say is that's life is short. He is such a nice person, met him a few months back when he was here in Malaysia for a short visit, and now he's gone. Too much sad news lately, just within a few weeks, already heard of 2 person whom I know passed away. The best thing about it too ya, is that when both of them left, both a surprise. First it was Veron's husband, passed away during a prayer session in an indian temple nearby the city, and he too left behind a beautiful kid. The sad thing about it too ya, is that he didn't even say goodbye. We were having a goodtime when it happened, and Veron was only notified via a phone call. Attended the funeral, and everyone in the company is just so sadden by the news. Now, with the news this morning, it only shows that life is short. Better cherish people surrounding you, and also to spend more time with those that love you lots.

There's a saying in chinese, when the tiger dies, it leaves it's skin, when a person dies, he leaves his name. Sometimes it's so true, that if we want people to respect us, we have to learn how to respect people. Somehow long time back, learning this, I've decided that I would too, want to leave a good name when I die. The special thing about this, is that being a nice person may not be easy for some of us, but for me, so far it's been easy. Being nice to people is something very easy to do, and most of us are build this way. Just that I feel that because the world is a sinful place, they are just people who would love to take advantage of this, and start using people, or abusing this power of kindness, that when 1 day, we as normal human being, decided to act protective, and so to stop being kind to people because of the afraid of being taken advantage on. And most of the time, this "protection" will stop us from being a nicer people, that shows care, kindness or love to the people surrounding us. Been living my life with lotsa friends, I've not gave up on this mentality, and I think this will be a principle that I'll hold on dearly for the rest of my life.

So friends, life is short and unpredictable ! Live your life to the fullest, love those that love you even more, and cherish the time that you still have with the people that surround you.

Have a good week ahead !!

Was out with both my darlings on Monday night, for dinner and a little shopping at Tesco. Leigh Ann (Yin Sze's little cousin) is so so cute that almost everyone in the world will love to be with her .. I'm sure I'll have more things to share about her later, she's just so adorable .. =)

Beautiful Bangkok ..

Back from Bangkok !

Was in Bangkok for a week, and glad that I'm back !!

Went to Bangkok with Phui See and Brenda, we went out EVERY NITE and to almost EVERYWHERE ! Bangkok city is just so beautiful, the city is clean, the transportation (City Cab & Transportation) is just fantastic, the food is like heaven, and the people is out of the world - we didn't even find anyone that's rude in the country.

In Bangkok, I realized that the country is growing so fast, and the spirit and energy of the Thai people is just so positive. The Thai people just love their King so much, the even the Cab driver was talking greatly about him. This year marks his 60 years as a king, and he's done so much for Thailand that everyone will be wearing a wrist band to honor him. Well, Bangkok as a growing city, will be more developed compared to Kuala Lumpur in a very short time. I, as a Malaysian that stay near Kuala Lumpur, feel that our mentality is so important to keep us growing, whether it's growing ourselves in life or growing the country. Noticed that for the last few years, the only growth of the country is : More shopping malls, more makan places, more cinemas, more nice cars, but apart from these things, I think we've basically stop growing.

Come to think of it, what have I contributed to the country, except for paying taxes, and seriously I'm not sure where all the $$ from our tax went to ??!! Petrol is going up, and now electricity rate is also going up .. =(

The beautiful thing about Thai people is, that they are still so positive about growth of the country, and you will see how much they love the King and the country, that they would build the country as a team, and everyone in the country counts. Don't really see it here in Malaysia, Malaysian would prefer to complain about stuff, any stuff .. as a matter of fact, just did.
Well, still hope for the best for Malaysia, and I really mean HOPE.

Malaysia Boleh !!

Stay tune for my life stories ... =)

Well ... so many things happened lately, some I'm glad that it happened, some I was amazed that it happened so fast, some I did not imagine happening to me, some just "dropped" from the sky just out of no where, for some I'm still trying to understand why God placed them in my life, and I think many many more of these 'things' will continue to come ...

So been reading so many blogs of others, I think I wanna give it a try with my own, to start sharing some of the things that happened in my life, most of them blessed by God, with life teachings that would shape my life one way or another.

So, here goes ....
