3 times unlucky !

So many things happened to me lately, and almost all the 'so many things' related to my car !

Well, life is surely not a bed of roses ! First, let me thank God for all the blessings I received in just the pass 2 months, but sometimes God works in special ways to remind us of our roots, and bring our feet back to the ground before we fly to dreamland. Anyway, been really 'low' key, maybe God is giving me a reminder of His presence ... sometimes I forgot bout God la ... sorry nya ... =)

The sob story, here it goes ... first, the car's fuel pump died-ed along the way for a morning hike @ bukit gasing. So a hiking trip turned into a breakfast with lotsa calls, lotsa waiting, and lotsa thinking ... when your car died on a Sunday, u better pray hard that you have insurance coverage + packaged on call towing service. Even with that, you still need to search for a workshop that opens on Sunday, not mentioning fuel pump is not a common item in storage. Nevermind, the bigger killer is when I got to know the price of the fuel pump repair bill - RM 701 ! Crap, there goes almost half of my laptop I planned to buy early next year. Ok never, life's like that ups and downs, chapter 1 done.

Chapter 2 ... I went yum char after my futsal game on Deepavali eve, and guess what, after my session, I noticed my car's passenger side handle is broken and the lock is missing ! Somebody actually wanted to steal an old car! And it's a Proton ! Go la steal a honda ke, toyota ke .. why a stupid Proton car ! And here comes the second best thing that can happen to me, I had to change the whole locking system of the car that cost me RM 632. Just a stupid dude that broke my car handle and took my car's lock (which I think he may duplicate the key with the lock combination), I had to spend RM 632 to change the WHOLE lock system ! There ! The other almost half of my laptop gone ...

So almost half laptop + almost another half laptop (Only plan to get a RM 2 K laptop), almost 1 laptop went down the drain. Wait ! Wait ! more to it ... because I was trying to make sure the sound system is ok after they assemble the car door back after fixing the lock, I blew one of the side speaker when I accidentally switch the volume too loud ... RM 80 ! Aiyo ! There you go, RM 1.4 K out in just days. Some of us just earn RM 1.8 K a month u know !

So now I have this phobia of losing my car when I finish work. I cannot go yum char anymore, and I am almost broke. I know I know, too many almost in 1 posting, but who cares, I just spend RM 1.4 k with no reason.

The moral behind the story, just don't be too happy sometimes when u're sailing smooth, your next turn may bring u something unexpected. So I told myself, 3 times unlucky, something good should be coming. And oh yah, my feet is pretty much glued to the ground already la.

So, since this posting is about bad luck, I wish you guys all the good luck(s) u can get in this coming week. And Eric's reminder to you, remember to park your car in a safe place yo, and forget about yum char with your friends, unless your friend is picking u up, and parking his car in a dark valley, his car what not yours, why u care ! Muahaha !
