Just reach home from work, and it's been like this since a month ago.
Well, it's not easy being a project leader, but the goal is actually to have this project named in my resume, and it's going to a good project that will mark my $$ + experience up .. up up and up =)
Am having a good chat with my old friend in US now, and I told her that working life is a little 'fun' lately due to work. And having f**cked by my boss almost everyday is now a daily routine. But, I wouldn't expect her reply, and it almost immediately turned my super bad day into a burst of laughter !!
Well she said ...
"Together with the project mentioned in your resume, also mention that you're used to the daily "f**cking" - It will be an added skill that you have, which is good for future bosses that may be interested in hiring you .. "
Oh why didn't I think of that !! But when did getting screwed is an added advantage for hiring ??
The question : is this a skill or an achievement ?
Oh well, worth the try ... =)

Just a side note, make sure that you also mention that you have led and been led (pertain to the f'ed effort of course) and how much you value teamwork.

It's a skill most bosses don't know they need from an employee. Not everyone has the mental capacity to think 'since you can't fight it, might as well enjoy it'...
